This item is non-returnable due to consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

The damage / defective products should be updated / highlighted at the time of receipt of the goods . XAuto will not entertain any defect / damages once the products are received by the buyer .

In the unlikely case Of receiving an defective product , the goods will taken back and returned to the seller , in this case the cost of return logistics will be borne by the seller .
